What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to significant rent arrears. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays the Landlord $12,732.45 by June 30, 2025. If the Tenant fails to pay this amount, they must vacate the unit by June 30, 2025, and pay the Landlord $10,954.39, plus daily compensation of $55.86 from May 30, 2025, until they move out. The eviction was postponed to allow the Tenant time to secure funds or find new housing.
