What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord is granted a conditional order allowing the Tenants to pay the rent arrears and costs in installments over a period of 12 months, and to continue paying the lawful rent on time. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
