What happened

The ruling

The Landlord's request for review is granted. The previous order is cancelled and replaced. The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $8,936 by January 29, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by January 29, 2024 and pay the Landlord $6,784.32 plus daily compensation.
