The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,533.30 by May 31, 2023 or $5,212.20 by June 9, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by June 9, 2023 and pay the Landlord $670.61 plus daily compensation of $55.20 from May 10, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
