What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with the Landlord's lawful rights and privileges. The Landlord alleged the Tenants charged the Landlord for unauthorized installations, repairs and cleaning, installed unauthorized locks, security cameras and devices, and caused damage to the rental unit.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 2, 2025. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $936 for damages and application fee. The Tenants are not granted relief from eviction.
