What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on July 1, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $10,336 by June 20, 2023 or $12,686 by July 1, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $7,027.81 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
