What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants and for an order to have the Tenants pay compensation for damage they owe, because the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on March 25, 2024 mediated settlement signed by the parties on March 25, 2024 with respect to application LTB-L-008211-22.

The ruling

The Tenant's request for review is denied. The order issued on August 2, 2024 is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim order issued on August 21, 2024 is cancelled and the stay of the order is lifted immediately.
