What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The Landlords testified that Jodeien Anderson permanently moved out in February 2023 and Fostanique Reckley was the only remaining Tenant. Tierra Williams, who was named in the application, has never been added to the tenancy agreement and has no landlord-tenant relationship with the Landlords.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlords and Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before June 22, 2024. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
