What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $5,781 by April 30, 2023 or $7,181 by May 5, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by May 5, 2023 and pay $4,887.33 plus $46.03 per day of occupation starting April 12, 2023.
