What happened
The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant has been persistently late in paying the rent.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant meets the conditions set out in the order. The Tenant shall pay the rent for December 2023 on or before December 8, 2023, and starting January 1, 2024 and continuing through November 30, 2024, the Tenant shall pay the monthly rent on or before the first business day of each month. If the Tenant fails to comply with the conditions, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
