Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $6,260.60 by August 31, 2024 or $7,475.52 by September 3, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $3,756.54 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by September 3, 2024.
