What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them. The Tenants alleged that the Landlord accused them of not maintaining the rental unit to minimum standards of cleanliness, resulting in attracting mice, and threatened them with an N5 notice of termination. The Tenants felt harassed and threatened by the Landlord's actions, which led them to vacate the rental unit.
