The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 8, 2023. The tenants must pay the landlord $2,997.64 for unpaid compensation for damage and application fees from the previous order, plus $82.19 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting April 28, 2023 until the tenants move out. If the full amount is not paid by May 8, 2023, the tenants will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
