What happened
The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent and NSF cheque charges. The Tenant failed to attend the hearing despite being properly served. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $2,211.86 on or before September 30, 2025, or $3,204.78 on or before October 3, 2025, to void the order. If the order is not voided, the Tenant must vacate by October 3, 2025, and pay the Landlord $868.64 plus daily compensation of $32.64 from September 18, 2025, until move-out.
