What happened

Co-op applied for an order to end the occupancy of the member unit and evict the Co-op Member because the Co-op Member did not pay the regular monthly housing charges that the Co-op Member owes.

The ruling

Unless the Co-op Member voids the order, the occupancy is terminated effective April 1, 2024. The Co-op Member can void the order by paying $8,782 by March 31, 2024 or $9,960 by April 1, 2024. If the order is not voided, the Co-op Member owes the Co-op $8,030.03 and must pay daily compensation of $38.73 until they move out.
