What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice and the Tenant did not void the notice by paying the arrears.
The ruling
Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $8,801 by May 7, 2024, the tenancy will be terminated. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay the Landlord $5,884.99 and vacate the unit by May 7, 2024. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
