What happened

The Tenant requested a review of a previous order that partially dismissed her application. The Tenant alleged that the original Member misapprehended evidence regarding cannabis and cigarette smoke infiltration and that she was under undue pressure during the hearing to locate documents, suggesting the Member had not reviewed the evidence beforehand.

The ruling

The Tenant's request for review was denied. The LTB found that the original Member did not commit a serious error and that the Tenant was given a fair hearing. The original order issued on September 3, 2025, remains in effect, and the stay of that order is lifted.
