What happened

The tenant requested a review of the May 11, 2023 order and that the order be stayed until the review is resolved. The tenant claims they were not reasonably able to participate in the April 21, 2023 hearing as they do not have access to the mailbox where the hearing notice was sent.

The ruling

The May 11, 2023 order is stayed until otherwise ordered. The LTB shall schedule a hearing of the tenant's request to review the May 11, 2023 order. The parties are directed to attend the hearing and be prepared to proceed on the merits of the original application should the review request be granted.
