What happened

The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants and for an order to have the tenants pay the rent they owe because the tenants did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on February 7, 2023, with respect to application LTB-L052793-22.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 15, 2023. The tenants must pay the landlord $8,797.80 (less any payments made after March 2, 2023) and $27.95 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting April 5, 2023 until the tenants move out.
