What happened

The ruling

The previous LTB order is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated, and the tenant must vacate the unit by May 8, 2023. If the tenant does not vacate by that date, the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The tenant must pay the landlord $11,100.14 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $36.82 per day starting April 28, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
