The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 3, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,253.37, which includes rent arrears up to May 23, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $41.44 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting May 24, 2023 until the Tenant vacates.
