What happened
The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. At the hearing, the parties reached a consent agreement. The agreement establishes a payment plan allowing the Tenant to void the eviction order by paying the arrears in installments. If the Tenant fails to meet the payment schedule, the eviction can be enforced.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays the Landlord according to a specific schedule: $4,561.00 by April 30, 2025; or $5,756.00 by May 31, 2025; or $6,951.00 by June 30, 2025. If these conditions are not met, the Tenant must move out by June 30, 2025, and pay the Landlord $3,027.85 plus daily compensation of $39.29 from April 23, 2025, until they vacate.
