What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent and the Tenant's conduct that seriously impaired the safety of the building manager.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 10, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $7,186.18, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay daily compensation of $69.04 starting September 12, 2023 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 10, 2023, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
