The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 30, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $14,227.05, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and the additional rent owed, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $50.96 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting May 20, 2023 until the Tenant vacates.
