What happened

The Landlord applied to evict the Tenants due to persistent late rent payments. During the hearing, the parties reached a consent agreement for the tenancy to continue under certain conditions.

The ruling

Based on a consent agreement, the tenancy will continue. The Tenants are ordered to pay their monthly rent on time and in full from July 1, 2025, to June 1, 2026. They must also pay the Landlord's $186.00 application fee by August 30, 2025. If the Tenants fail to make any of the monthly rent payments on time as agreed, the Landlord can apply to the Board for an ex-parte eviction order without notice.
