What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated if the tenants do not pay $20,006 by September 30, 2023 or $23,306 by October 1, 2023 to void the order. If the tenants do not pay, they must move out by October 1, 2023 and pay the landlord $14,661.77 plus daily compensation of $108.49 from September 13, 2023 until they move out.
