What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The parties reached an agreement during mediation.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant continues if the Tenant pays the monthly rent in full and on time for a 12-month period starting April 1, 2025. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy without notice to the Tenant. The Tenant shall also pay the $186 application fee by May 10, 2025, and interest will accrue on any unpaid balance after that date.
