What happened

The Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must vacate by September 5, 2025 and pay the Landlord $10,112.94, representing arrears and costs less the deposit, plus daily compensation of $73.97 from August 14, 2025 until they move out.
