The tenancy is terminated effective June 20, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $16,665.29, which includes rent arrears up to June 9, 2023, and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $31.55 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting June 10, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
