What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 2, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,405.43, which includes the remaining rent arrears from the previous order and new arrears, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $43.77 per day in compensation for occupying the unit after June 21, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
