The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,438 for use of the unit from August 1, 2022 to January 20, 2023, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay $35.28 per day for use of the unit from January 21, 2023 until they move out.
