What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to the Tenants or someone they permitted seriously impairing the safety of others in the residential complex, and wilfully causing undue damage to the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2023. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
