What happened
Tenant 2 requested a review of an order issued on August 28, 2025, which ordered termination of the tenancy and rent arrears. Tenant 2 argued he was unable to participate in the original hearing on July 25, 2025, despite admitting he arranged for Tenant 1 to attend on his behalf.
