What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $35,636 by October 22, 2023 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay this amount, the Tenant must move out by October 22, 2023 and pay the Landlord $33,800.75 in rent arrears and application fees. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $54.25 starting September 28, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
