The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $9,888 by December 31, 2023 or $11,274 by January 3, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $7,404.78 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by January 3, 2024.
