The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 3, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,579.87, which includes rent arrears up to June 22, 2023 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $11.24 per day in compensation for occupying the unit after June 23, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
