The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 29, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,350.83 (less any payments made after the application was filed) and $17.23 per day for use of the unit from April 19, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 29, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
