The ruling
The tenancy will be terminated unless the Tenants pay $26,596 by March 31, 2025 or $28,596 by April 5, 2025 to void the order. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must move out by April 5, 2025 and pay the Landlords $23,779.50 plus daily compensation of $65.75 per day starting February 19, 2025.
