What happened
The landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the tenants because the tenants did not meet a condition specified in the order issued by the LTB on March 9, 2023 with respect to application LTB-L-043453-22. The tenants failed to pay the lawful monthly rent on or before March 3, 2023.
The ruling
The tenancy between the landlord and the tenants is terminated. The tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before May 9, 2023. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 9, 2023, then starting May 10, 2023, the landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
