The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $13,261.42 by April 14, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must move out by April 14, 2023 and pay the Landlord $11,774.55, plus daily compensation of $57.53 starting March 7, 2023.
