The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $9,961.37 by January 31, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, the Tenant must vacate the unit by January 31, 2024 and pay the Landlord $7,167.89, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
