The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 7, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,783.18 plus $49.57 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting April 27, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owing by May 7, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 6.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
