What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,234.40 by May 31, 2023 or $3,892.20 by June 4, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay $2,792.90 to the Landlord and vacate the unit by June 4, 2023. The Tenant will also owe daily compensation of $21.63 from May 11, 2023 until the move-out date.
