What happened

The tenancy is terminated as of December 12, 2022, the date the Tenant moved out. The Board's interim order LTB-L-015407-22-IN-2 issued on March 8, 2023, is cancelled. The Landlord may pursue collection of the rent arrears as determined in the previous interim order LTB-L-015407-22-IN issued on November 30, 2022. The Tenant's issues raised at the previous hearings are deemed abandoned.
