The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 16, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $15,460.22, which includes rent arrears up to May 5, 2023 and the cost of filing the previous application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $64.11 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting May 6, 2023 until they move out.
