The tenant must pay the landlord $4,465.52, which includes rent arrears up to April 25, 2023, and the tenant must also pay $40.64 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting April 26, 2023 until the tenant moves out. If the tenant does not pay the full amount by May 6, 2023, the tenant will start owing interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
