What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord or the Landlord's superintendent or agent harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenant or by a member of the Tenant's household, and entered the rental unit illegally.

The ruling

The Tenant's T2 application alleging illegal entry, substantial interference, and harassment was dismissed, except for the Landlord's delay in providing compliant rent receipts, which warranted a $75 abatement.
