What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the outstanding rent and fees by the specified deadlines. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must vacate the unit by November 15, 2024. The Landlord is authorized to deduct daily compensation from the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant.
