What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $21,650.28 by February 29, 2024 or $23,362.46 by March 8, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must vacate the unit by March 8, 2024 and pay the Landlord $15,840.56 plus daily compensation.
