What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $17,415 by April 14, 2024 or $19,260 by April 15, 2024. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must move out by April 15, 2024 and pay the Landlords $10,599.19 plus daily compensation of $60.66 per day starting January 25, 2024.
